- A booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received and confirmed by email by Miha Mlakar.
- Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer prior to arrival in Slovenia or in person on the first day of the workshop.
- If the reservation is cancelled by Miha Mlakar, for any reason, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
- The Slovenianbears.com team makes every effort to prepare suitable locations for photographing wild animals. However, participants must be aware that animal activity is highly dependent on weather and natural conditions and is beyond our control. Therefore, sightings cannot be guaranteed with 100% certainty. We will always provide information about the probability of encountering certain species.
- Slovenianbears.com reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- During the tour, participants must behave in a respectful, non-disruptive, and safe manner and follow all reasonable instructions given by the tour leader.
- Slovenianbears.com and Miha Mlakar cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, nor for any personal injury, accident, or death occurring during the tour. By booking a tour, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel in remote areas and participation in wildlife-related activities.
We strongly recommend that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance, including medical, cancellation, and emergency coverage.
- Slovenianbears.com acts as an organizer and intermediary and does not own or operate photography hides. All photography sessions are carried out by authorized local providers. Some services included in the packages are provided by third-party partners and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- All promotions, discounts, and special offers apply only to new bookings and are not applicable to existing or already confirmed bookings.
