Newsletter Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open exclusively to attendees of Fotomesse  MUNDOLOGIA 2026

2. Participation
   Entry requires subscription to the slovenianbears.com newsletter directly at the fair stand.

3. Prizes
   3.1 Prizes are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated.
   3.2 Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
   3.3 Vouchers and discount cards can only be used once per booking and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Validity
   All vouchers and discount cards must be redeemed by 21st August 2026; after this date, they will expire and become void.

5. Winner Announcement
   Winners of the 1st and 2nd prizes will be publicly announced on slovenianbears.com.
   By accepting a prize, winners consent to the publication of their names for promotional purposes until 30th November 2025.

6. Liability
   slovenianbears.com and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the draw or use of prizes.

7. General
   slovenianbears.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law
   This promotion is governed by Slovenian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
